Smart Growth - The land use planning concept of locating new residential dwellings and increased commercial intensity close to employment and where infrastructure (such as roads, sewers and other public facilities) already exists.
SP - Specific Plan A development plan with particular boundaries, usually used for very large areas; legally a Specific Plan should be consistent with the General Plan, which includes the Community Plan.
SPA- Specifc Plan Amanedment
TM - Tentative Subdivision Map  
TPM – Tentative Parcel Map is a proposed plan for the subdivision of property, which when approved becomes the Final Map.
Tentative Map Resolution: - Legal document adopted by the County that sets out the conditions that must be met, such as road and other infrastructure, and their timing in order for a Tentative Map to be made Final, permits issued and construction commenced.
